How I Architected Architsu: Crafting Solutions with Heart & Precision

Introduction

Starting a business is a journey filled with uncertainties, especially when you have no prior experience. When I embarked on creating Architsu, I had zero idea about how to run a business. What fueled my ambition was the inspiration drawn from seeing people around me starting their own agencies and creating startups. Despite my lack of knowledge, I decided to dive in and learn along the way.

The Spark of Inspiration

The inspiration to start something of my own came from observing others. I saw friends and acquaintances launching their own agencies and startups, which sparked a desire in me to do the same. I had no clue how to run a business, but the idea of venturing into something new was exciting. The conventional path of climbing the corporate ladder, working for a Big 4 or Big 3 firm, and living a lavish lifestyle always appealed to me. However, I realized that instead of waiting, I could start gaining experience now by building something of my own.

The Early Days: Vairel Projects

Initially, I planned to name my company Vairel Projects. At that time, I had no branding skills or strategic plans to transform it into a recognizable brand. It was just a freelancing company offering services like UI/UX design, website development, and logo design. However, with zero skills in these areas, it took me about a month to realize that I should focus on my strengths.

A Change in Direction

After discussing with my father and consulting some experts, I decided to rebrand the company. This is how Architsu Projects came into being, and eventually, it evolved into just Architsu. The new name carried more significance and aligned with the vision of providing tailored, client-centric consulting services.

Finding My Strengths

Initially, Architsu was going to be a freelancing company focused on design and development. However, I quickly realized that my strengths lay in consulting and related services. I pivoted the business to offer services in business analysis, data analysis, and management consulting. This shift allowed me to play to my strengths and provide valuable services that I was passionate about.

Building the Brand

Branding Architsu was an exciting challenge. From the vision to the logo, tagline, and color palette, every element was carefully thought out. The name Architsu is a blend of “Architectural” and “It’s You,” symbolizing our commitment to client-focused solutions.

The logo was designed by one of my batchmates, whose creativity and skill brought the vision to life. His ability to capture the essence of Architsu in a simple yet profound design was truly impressive, and I am incredibly grateful for his contribution.

Additionally, I envisioned a website where all my projects, blogs, and white papers would be available. This platform would not only showcase our work but also serve as a resource hub for clients and industry professionals.

Conclusion

Building Architsu has been an incredible journey, one that started with zero experience but a lot of determination. From the initial idea of Vairel Projects to the fully realized vision of Architsu, every step has been a learning experience. Today, Architsu stands as a testament to the power of adaptability, focus, and staying true to one’s strengths. I look forward to continuing this journey and helping clients achieve their goals with tailored, innovative solutions.
